This complex is made up of 3 buildings that are connected by conditioned and roofed corridors that will allow the realization of large-scale events using the entire 30,000 m2 dedicated to the exhibition area, with a capacity of up to 25,000 people.

Its design includes 3 rooms for fairs and exhibitions that add up to a total exhibition area of 15,000 m2, divisible into three large rooms, four meeting room areas of 2,300 m2 divisible into 16 meeting rooms, a 4000 m2 banquet room divisible into three small rooms, with comfortable management, rest, merchandise loading areas, a large central lobby, pre-function areas with 12,000 m2 and parking for 1,716 cars and 30 buses.
